Gas Service
An overview of current gas service job progress.
Select Page
To select gas service control page click Gas Service > Gas Service Control from the main menu.
Main Screen
Options for selecting the search criteria:
Date (Job Completion, Next static , Last LGSR)
Gas Contract (click to select from a drop own list).
Area (click to select from a drop own list).
Job Type (click to select from a drop own list).
Job Status (open, Complete, Cancelled, On hold)
Service Group (click to select from a drop own list).
Additionally with Number of Property Access, Service Letters, Current Week
Service job was issued.
Current LGSR Status.
NOTE. List of contracts available for selection is generated according to particular client.
Select criteria
Select your search criteria and click "search" button. Contract and job type are a required.
After selecting contract no and job type regenerate data button is activated.
Results
Explanation of the results. What's at date functionality. Colors in the grid. Print report. Regenerate data. Create Service job.
Result are displayed on a grid as on picture below.
Results as at (1) allows to change the date of the current date to see how it will effect the LGSR status (2).
Click to move current day by -1 or +1 day.
Click to select a specific date.
Click to return to current date (today).
Print report to options (3) will produce a PDF version of the chosen report (summary or detailed) and send it to a new page on your browser. After report is generated printing or download of the document is available.
Regenerate Gas Service Data
Clicking regenerate data button will reload gas service history with most resent data available. An option exist to choose a specific date of which data should be regenerated to. Select a chosen a date from "SERVICE AS AT" selection field before regenerating.
Confirm the request by clicking YES.
NOTE: Process can take up to several minutes.
Configure Service Jobs
The options of allows configuring the service job for selected property or group of properties. Select the property or several properties by clicking it's checkbox on USE column (1). Click on CONFIGURE SERVICE JOBS to continue (2).
Pick required fields (event action, problem summary, assigned to) and click " add event to the list" button. Add required events to the list and click create events.
Add required events to the list and click "create events".
Confirm to continue or click " no " to go back to create gas service page.
Property Details
Click into a property to see more details. After selected property details card has appeared you can use "up" and "down" arrows to quickly browse through the list.
Gas Compliance
Gas compliance are generated every time new search has been made. It gives you an ability to check for a number and percentage of the properties that need a services, have services completed, without service with current LGSR, not visited etc
