Reset Event Status

This page is used to put items 'In Dispute' or 'Resubmission'

Putting job/event no in dispute

Search for the job/event no which needs to be put in dispute

A panel will show the status of the job/event:

A job/event can only put in dispute if

  • Cleared to Pay is 'N'

  • CTP Status is 'SUBMISSION'

  • Subcontractor Status is 'Y'

Click 'Place in dispute' button

Resetting the event

Search for the job/event no which needs to be put into dispute

A job/event can only be reset if

  • Cleared to Pay is 'N'

  • Subcontractor Status is 'Y'

Click 'Reset Status' button
