Evolving Day
An overview of how your day evolves
Evolving Day Configurations
Navigate to an evolving day view from the Evolving Day sub-menu items.
Each configuration will be shown as a sub-menu item under "Evolving Day". Only operatives that work on jobs related to the configuration will be shown on the screen.
The Evolving Day Screen
The associated operatives will be shown down the left and the hours in the configured in the view shown across the top.
Assigned events are shown beside each operative,
Open Events - Operative has not yet started travel, these vents will continue to move along the screen with the time line
Started Travel, In Progress - these events are pinned to the screen at the time the operative has indicated they have started travel on the AccuMobile App. The width of the event will continue to grow until the operative finishes the event on the AccuMobile App.
Completed Events- the event is pinned to the right to the time the operative completes the event.
Each status is colour coded.
When the current time is passed the expected arrival time of the event the colour will change to "past target". If an event does not have a specific expected arrival the event will show as past target when the arrival time is after the end of the event designation e.g. when an AM event's arrival time is after 12pm, or the operative is not yet on site and the current time is past he designation finish time.
Hovering over an event will show basic details of the event. Clicking on the event will open a dialog with further details on the event including details of the status updates received from the operative as the job is progressed.
Auto Refresh
The screen will automatically reload every 5 minutes. You can click to pause the auto refresh timer and also change the time you prefer it to refresh - this setting will be remembered for your login and will be applied the next time you login.
Warnings and Asbestos
Events will be highlighted with (A) and (W) to highlight if the associated property has any Warnings or Asbestos issues. These are shown if the warning is active and todays date is within the warning 'added' and 'removed' dates.
Prioritising Events
Events are sent to operatives in the following order
Designation Index (order associated with the designation of the event)
Priority Level - The numeric priority assigned to the event
Event Key No (id of the event - the order the event was created)
Open events are shown on screen in the order they are to be delivered to the operatives mobile.
Clicking on an operative's name on the evolving day will open a dialog allowing you to drag and drop the open events to reorder them within their designation. This will allow you to prioritise the order of the events delivered to the operative.
Pause / Resume Tasks
The operative can pause and resume a job, or can pause in between jobs, this could be for going on lunch etc..
If a job is paused, the width of the event will be extended by the number of minutes the operative has paused his current event. If the operative choose pause task in between jobs - a new item will appear on screen highlighting the fact the operative is on a non-productive task.
Unallocated Events
Events that have been assigned to "Pseudo Operatives" for the visible date are shown on the right hand column. These events can be dragged to an operative (click and drag the box to the operative name) to assign the event to that operative. The event will disappear from the unallocated column and appear on the operative list of events to the right of the timeline.
You can toggle the visible operatives on the unallocated column to show only those who have events assigned or show all if you wish to drag an event from one "Pseudo Operative" to another.
