Enter/Amend Jobs

Add new or find existing jobs

This screen is used to add new or find existing jobs which need to be amended.

Search jobs

Search jobs with the following criteria only:

  • Job Number

    • Search existing jobs by searching for it in the Jobs Lookup List at top of page

      • click magnifying glass beside "Our Job No" field and search in the pop-up screen for the Job No the user is looking for.

      • If Job No exists it will be highlighted, press OK to select this Job.

      • NB if Job No does not exist it will highlight the nearest matching number, so make sure the correct Job No has been selected.

Search Results:

Details of the selected job are displayed in different tabs to view

Main Job Detail tab

  • Warnings for the property are displayed in red underneath the Occupier's Details.

Events

  • Click on an event in the grid to see the details of the event.

Cost Item

  • Click on an item to see more description details if available.

Appliances and warnings

  • View property and appliances details as well as warnings on the property in more detail.

Job Documents

  • All documents relating to the job can be viewed here.

    • click on a document in the grid to view it on the right-hand side of the screen

Add job

To add a new job:

  • Press "Clear/Add" button

  • Fill in the required fields in the Main Job Detail tab

    • Required fields are:

      • Property ID

      • Contract

      • Job Type

    • Any field with a magnifying glass has a lookup list in which you can search and select the appropriate item for the job.

  • Add/view events in the event tab
