KPI will be the average number of working days differences including all the jobs.
Open Purchase Orders
Purchase Order information with linked GRN information on any Purchase Orders that have their status in the {{OPENSTATUS}} list. KPI is number of open purchase orders.
Cleared To Invoice Events
Events information where the cleared to invoice (CTI) field for the event is 'Y'. KPI is count of all these events.
Open Pending Onsite Events
Event information where for {{ONSITE}} events with status in teh {{OPENSTATUS}} list and a designation type of 'PENDING'. KPI is count off all these events.
First Time Fix
Any job that doesn't contain an event with action required of 'SECOND VISIT', 'THIRD VISIT' or 'FOLLOWUP VISIT' is classified as a first time fix job. The grid will list the jobs that ARE first time fixes within the chosen time frame (for job competed date) and the KPI is the percentage of the jobs that are first time fix jobs.
Items Used Per Job Summary
Grouped by Stock Code with it's description, we have the sum off the quantity required and the sum of the total sell value from the job items table. It's for the event finish date for the chosen time frame. KPI is the overall sum of quantity required for all stock items combined.
Open Jobs with Zero Events
Jobs with status in the {{OPENSTATUS}} list that do not contain any events.
Completed Jobs Current FYTD Repairs
From contracts in the {{REPAIRSCONTRACTS}} list, jobs that have status in the {{COMPLETESTATUS}} list with the job completed date falling between the previous 1st April and following 31st March. KPI is count of these jobs.

Property information for Gas properties where their Service Group is either 'Gas' or 'Gascap' and the the property is currently active. The Last CP12 date on that property is greater or equal to this day last year. KPI is percentage of such properties against the full list of properties.
Active Operative Device Details
Engineer and device details where the engineer has 'Active' status and the mobile supplier is 'ACCUMOBILE'. KPI is count of these engineers.
Alarm Details
Exhaustive list of Alarms in the system recorded by AccuMobile. Has alarm information, associated job number and the property it belongs to.
Amount of Non-Productive Time by Operative
From the particular 'NONPRODUCTIVE' contract, this tile contains event information for all events with assigned date within the chosen time periods. The 'NonProdTime' column records the timereqdhours when populated otherwise it gets the total hours/mins values. The KPI is the sum of this column for all the events.
Average Cost per Operative per Job
From contracts in the {{REPAIRSCONTRACTS}} list this tile groups by operative and sums up their cost value (event level), count of jobs, and average cost per job (cost value / count of jobs). The time frame is the finished date within the chosen time period. The KPI is the overall average cost per job for all operatives combined.
Average Days to Complete Job
All jobs are listed. The day difference is the amount of days from the job recorded date to the job completed date. Working days difference is the amount of working days from the job recorded date to the job completed date, this depends on whether the contract is configured to account for working on Saturdays and/or Sundays. Average Sales per Operative per Job

Compliance Jobs Split per WorkStream
Taken from the compliance tables, the tile groups by description/workstream, counts the jobs where the Next Compliance Date is greater than today as ComplianceCount, counts the jobs where the the Next Compliance Date is before or equal to today as NonComplianceCount, we then have these counts as percentage of the property count. The KPI is the overall compliance percentage for all workstreams over the property count.

Job information for all jobs for when the job recorded date is today.
Emergency Jobs Completed
From contracts in the {{REPAIRSCONTRACTS}} list and jobtypes in the {{EMERGENCYJOBTPES}} list where the status is in the {{COMPLETESTATUS}} list and the job completed date is the chosen time period. Grid is just a list of these jobs. KPI is a count of these jobs.
Equipment Listing
Exhaustive list of everything contained in the job asset table (GSJBASET). Fields include asset number, name, status, last and next checked date, notes, van reg and assignee id. KPI is count of rows.

LGSR (PDAMBZ04), job and property information from where the LGSR date is from the chosen time period.
MIleage
A report of the operatives, their van, their last mileage reading, their maximum mileage reading, their maximum/lastest amend date (so when they last took a mileage reading). KPI is a count of reg numbers.
Missing Client Order No
From contracts in the {GASCONTRACTS}} list, this tile lists the jobs where the client order number is blank. KPI is a count of these jobs.
Multiple Visits same Trade last 30 Days
From contracts in the {REPAIRSCONTRACTS}} list, including events with the arrived date within the last 30 days. The tile groups by job number and problem summary (trade) and contains the count of the problem summary where there is more than one. KPI is the distinct job count.
Next Check Date within 30 Days
Equipment information (GSJBASET) where the Next Checked Date is wihin the next 30 days. KPI is a count of these rows.
No Access Open Jobs >= 7 Days
The last event on the job is {{ONSITE}} with an {{OPENSTATUS}} Job status and the result summary is contained in the {{NOACCESS}} list and the arrived date wihin the past 7 days. KPI is the distinct job count.
No LGSR Properties
List of service properties where the service group is 'Gas' or 'Gascap', the property is 'Active' and the last CP12 date is before this day last year. KPI is distinct count of properties.
Non Compliant Properties
List of properties from the compliance table (JBCYTSK1) where the next compliance date is before or equal to today. KPI is dintinct count of these properties.
Non Emergency Extended No Parts
From contracts in the {REPAIRSCONTRACTS}} list and the jobtype is not in the {{EMERGENCYJOBTYPES}} list, this tile contains job information where the job recorded date is within the chosen time period and the extend reason is in the {{NOPARTS}} list. KPI is distinct count of these jobs.
Events in Dispute
This tile highlights events which have been rejected by the subcontractor. Events with 'Payment Amount Rejected' will need to be put into dispute manually via the 'Reset Event Status' screen under the SC Self Invoicing menu. All events need to be resolved and subsequently manually reset to resubmit to include the event in the following payment run. The CTpaystatus is 'IN DISPUTE' or the Sub Con aprroved field is 'N'
Non Emergency Extended Other Trade

Purchase Order information where authorised = 'Y' and PO status is 'OPEN'. Table is linked to authorisation table (POHDRAUT) where the correct authorisation level needs to match. KPI is distinct purchase order count.
Contract Operative Absent Details
Entries from the engineer absent table (GSJBEGAB) for the current year. NonWeekendDaysOffFormula works out how many days they booked off, not including weekends. KPI is sum off all the days booked off for everyone.
Operative Events by Status Last 7 Days
Grouped by Assigned date, operative name and operative team, this tile counts their events completed, no access events, abandon events, follow on required events where assigned date is in the past 7 days . Psudeooperatives are not included. KPI is distinct count of events.
Operative Time Analysis
Grouped by Operative and action required, this tile adds up ther total time, their total onsite time and their total travel time for the assigned date within a chosen period. The KPI is the total time for all operatives in hours.
Operatives Driving Today
Coming from the mobile returns table, this tile shows the operatives, their start date, status, regno, mileage and if they are driving today or not. The actual date should be todays date and the status should be 'START DAY'. KPI is percentage of drivers driving today over the full count of operatives in the returns table (who have driven before)
POs Awaiting Authorisation by Client & Contract
Purchase Order information where authorised <> 'Y'. Table is linked to authorisation table (POHDRAUT) where the correct authorisation max and min level needs to match. KPI is distinct purchase order count.
Properties with 3 Service Letters & 3 No Accesses
Gas service table information (GSPROSVC) where contract is in the {{GASCONTACTS}} list, the service group is not 'NOGS' the service letters value is '3', the no access value is '3'. KPI is distinct count of these properties.
Property Category Count
Tile report that counts the number of jobs per property category with the job completed date within the chosen date period. KPI is the total count of these jobs.
Qualifications Expiring and Expired
Information from the engineers qualification table (GSJBEGQF) where the expiry date is less than 6 months (183 days) from today. KPI is distinct count of these rows.
SMV v Onsite Time
From contracts in the {{REPAIRSCONTRACTS}} list this tile lists {{ONSITE}} events where the assigned date is within the chosen time period. The grid contains a column 'Total Onstie Time for that Event' which is a total of onsite minutes, 'Total SOR SMVs for that Event' which is STD_MIN_VALS for that event and then the difference between these two columns. KPI is the count of events

Tenant Satisfaction - Repairs

This tile looks at all events with a status in {{OPENSTATUS}}. It is grouped by jobtype, and lists a count of jobs, events, OOT (todays date is greater than event target date), OOT percentage of all events, Appointed (events that don't have designation type of 'PENDING'), Appoint%, Not Appointed (events that do have designation type of 'PENDING') and NotAppointed%. KPI is a count off all the events.
