Generate reports in the sub-menus depending what you are looking for

Generate reports relating to Jobs, Events, Operatives, Property, Finance and Stock categories

  • These reports are based on the legacy windows desktop reports program under the same category names. A lot of these reports are many years old. AccuServ has done its best to try to format them to MRI standard for a cleaner look. If a report is too large (for example 1000 pages), it may not run properly. It is best to break up the report in circumstances like that.

  • Under the Reports menu select a sub-menu for which a report needs to be run.

  • Job Reports have the following report screens. Within each screen, the user can select a number of different crystal reports. Job listing and items used on jobs are commonly used screens for our clients. The First Time Fix report relies on the 'FirstFix' field being populated for each job so care is needed there.

  • Events reports are as shown below. Events listings is the common one. Satisfaction Survey is similar to the customer satisfaction menu above but both rely on fields not commonly used by AccuServ anymore. The AccuMobile surveys populate different tables and tiles have been developed to look at these.

  • The Time Sheets and Manifest reports here are commonly used ones by our clients

  • Property Reports

  • Property Job History is a commonly used report here by our clients.

  • Finance Reports

  • Stock Reports

  • The Stock Transaction Report and Purchase Order Item Listing reports are useful reports.

  • Within a report screen, fill in as many search fields as possible to get an accurate report. Be sure to select include or exclude when the option is there.

  • All core reports are in PDF format but custom reports can be created in Excel format

  • Press "Generate Report" Button and a pdf-file will be created which can be printed or downloaded.
