Custom Reports
Upload your own Crystal Reports for users to use
As a reports administrator you can create Crystal Reports and upload them into AccuServ for your users to use.

Users can access all published reports they have access to via the main AccuServ menu. Different reports are grouped based on the group name, users can be restricted to access a specific group, e.g. "Finance Reports".
The user can choose from the available templates e.g. Summary or Detailed, and even create a PDF, XLS file or CSV file.
Name The name of the report as shown in the menu
Is Published Only published reports will be visible on the main menu for users.
Print Templates Upload multiple Crystal rpt files, supply a version name so the user understands the difference between each, and specify a format that suits the rpt file you are uploading. You can choose from PDF, CSV and XLS report formats, or choose "ANY" which will let the user choose the format they wish to generate.
Input Parameters Choose the fields that are relevant for the rpt files supplied, when the user navigates to the report page to create the report, they will be able to use the specified input parameters to customise the generated report data.
Inputs are listed alongside their corresponding table which needs to be included in the report for the filters to work. The main tables include GSJOBFIL - Job Header Table, GSJOBDET - Events Table, GSJOBENG - Engineers Table, GSJOBPRO - Property Table, GSJOBINV - Job Invoice Table, GSJOBITM - Job Items Table, GSSTOCK - Stock Table and GSSUPP - Suppliers Table. The main joins are displayed below with the main keys including JOBNO, EVENTNO, ASSIGNEE_ID, PROPERTYKEYNO and GSSTOCKRECNO

Group Name This is used as a container in the application menu to group your reports. You can restrict access to Groups based on user roles.
Actions
Save When you click save, rpt files will be uploaded to your AccuServ install and become available to users in their menu (a browser refresh is required to see the updated menu item).
Delete Remove the report from the menu, and remove all associated rpt files
