Operative ETA
Right click on any unassigned event and choose "View Operative ETA" to calculate the time it will take each relevant [1] operative to arrive at the event location.

A dialog will open with a list of operatives, and the following information
Operative
Operative default working hours (if information is available)
Contact phone number of the operative, visible when you hover over the "information" icon
Traveling status, if the operative is en-route to a job a car icon is shown
Holiday status, if the operative has holidays booked on the selected date, a plane icon is show, hovering over the icon will show the details of the booked holidays
Remaining Open SMV The total time of currently assigned events that have not yet been completed based on the standard minute values of the assigned SOR codes.
On Site Shown if the operative is on site at a job, and the time they arrived on site.
Distance The distance the operative is from the selected event if travelling by car, based on their last known location. The page also shows how old this information is, based on the last time the location was received from the mobile device. If no location information is available for the operative, "Unable to calculate distance" will be shown
Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA) This information shows the estimated travel time from the last known location to the selected event. If the operative is on site the remaining on site time is also shown (based on the arrival time and SMV value for the event) if the operative is still onsite beyond the SMV duration, this will be highlighted.
Clicking the "Assign" button will start the assignment process, which is what happens when dragging and dropping the event from the right hand column to the operative on the evolving day screen.
[1] relevant operatives are those with the necessary skills to accept the selected event
