Subcontractor Setup

Subcontractor set up for the Subcontractor Portal

For a subcontractor to use the Portal they need to be set up as a user on the Accuserv system.

Create a new user on the Manage User Page of AccuServ

Enter their user name, password, name, user type, which must be 'Subbie' and their user access level

Once the user has been created fill in the following tabs:

• Personal Details

• Account Details

  • 'Currently active' needs to be set to 'Yes'

  • User Type field needs to be set to 'Subbie'

  • Accuserv User needs to be set set to 'No'

  • Use webportal needs to be set to 'Yes'??

• Subcon. Details

  • Set any of the permissions the subcontractor is allowed to have to yes.

    • The Threshold, ability to Exceed or not and Threshold values

    • Ability to amend Appointments, Raise Further Works, Quotes and Ability to amend SORs

    • Pseudo Operative needs to be set to 'No'

• Additional Details

  • Select and Save the Event Result Summaries the Subcontractor can use on the portal.

  • Update the Clients and Contracts that this user should be able to use.

Save the user and continue to create an operative for the user
