Subcontractor Permissions

Permissions need to be set for the Subcontractor to be allowed to perform certain actions on the Portal.

These need to be set when setting up the Subcontractor as a user on the 'Subcon. Details' tab on the manage users page.

To be able to confirm or alter appointments the ‘Can Amend Appointments’ setting on the Subcon user needs to be set to yes.

To be able to raise a quote the ‘Can raise Quotes’ setting on the Subcon user needs to be set to yes.

To be able to raise a follow-up visit the ‘can raise further works required’ setting on Subcon user needs to be set to yes.

There are no permissions necessary to be able to change the attendance details or to raise a variation.

To be able to amend SORs (job items) the 'can amend SORS' setting on Subcon user needs to be set to yes.
