Operative Availability
Allocate the event to an agreed date and time slot
Search availability of all pseudo operatives that are configured to work on the selected problem. Choose a start date to search availability.
Choose a start date to perform an availability search, the grid will show availability for 14 days from the selected start date. The availability grid will show the hours each pseudo operative has available. The dates will be highlighted in red if they are beyond that target date for the contract.
The availability grid will show the operatives that you can assign the job to ( or to be more precise you are assigning the 'On Site' events). The grid shows the number of hours available in the time slot. You can choose a suitable slot by reviewing the "Time Required" at the bottom of the screen.
Clicking on a cell will select the Operative and date.
The grid title will show the dates in red if that date is beyond the target date for the selected contract.
Click on a cell in the grid to choose that operative and date. The relevant input fields at the bottom of the screen will be updated with the relevant information.
